Scientific Sessions

Scientific activities begin at 9 am of the 5th november 219 at the halls of the Hotel Panamericano Hotel Colon.

 

Abstracts submission

Abstracts may be sent for Poster, Oral Communication, Workshops, Symposiums, Conference (only by invitation), Artistic activities (only by invitation) and book presentations.
The abstract should be 100 words and must be submitted through the online form. (View here).

 

Registration Counters

The registration desk will open from November 5 at 7:30 am.

 

Projections

Projection of Power Point will be available in all the Salons. Speakers must present a CD-ROM or a flash drive with their presentation at least 3 hours before the start of the session (If the session starts at 9.00 am they must do so at 6.00 pm the previous day). Speakers will not be able to use their own computer during the presentation.

 

Posters

The posters must be placed between 9:00 and 10:00 am on the day the presentation is scheduled, and must be removed on the same day between 6:00 pm and 7:00 pm. The presenting author should stay close to his poster during the presentation.

 

Clima

The weather in Buenos Aires during November is generally warm, with bright days and mild nights.

People who need an invitation letter in order to attend the Congress can request it at [email protected]. This procedure is intended to help participants who need to obtain a visa or permission to attend the Congress and should not be considered as an official invitation covering fees or other expenses.

Language

The official language of the Argentine Republic is Spanish. In Buenos Aires adopts lunfardo forms, slang of Buenos Aires.

The official religion is the Roman Catholic Apostolic, although there is total freedom of worship. Protestantism, Judaism, Islam, Greek Orthodox, Russian Orthodox and others are also practiced.
